An absolute gem. A cozy and stylish interior makes you feel right at home. Once settled in, you’re given a mouthwatering rundown of the menu. You quickly get the feeling that you’re in for a real treat. Brunch is a weekend tradition. At Paillettes restaurant, the brunch items are also on the main restaurant menu. The dishes are cooked to perfection and ideal for sharing. And the portions are big enough to satisfy even the heartiest of appetites. Tip: the honey and turmeric mayonnaise is to die for! I can’t wait to go back to try their regular menu!

Amazing location - request a table under the skylight! We opted for the “sparkling” brunch at €35/person, which came with truffle omelets. Friendly and super attentive staff!

My new favorite brunch spot in the Marais! Multiple rooms done in trendy yet cozy decor, an elaborate menu, tasty food, and huge portions. A young chef who is both friendly and 100% dedicated to his art. And last but not least, the possibility of combining a spa treatment or haircut with brunch or lunch. Hats off for a job well done!!
